ARISS (Amateur Radio on the International Space Station) lets students worldwide experience
the excitement of talking directly with crew members of the International Space Station, inspiring
them to pursue interests in careers in science, technology, engineering and math, and engaging

with a degree in Electrical Engineering

President “emeritus” & Station Manager/Trustee for the Hughes

In 1994 I led the St. Bernard High School SAREX contact team.
This team was made up of members of the HAC ARC and TRW
ARC. We had a horizon to horizon contact with the Space
Shuttle Endeavor STS-59
