The W6TRW Swap Meet is an Amateur Radio (Ham) and Electronic swap Meet. ALL SELLERS MUST SELL ONLY ITEMS RELATED TO RADIO AND ELECTRONICS. Absolutely no general merchandise such as clothes, toys, household appliances, or food can be offered for sale. You do not need a Ham Radio License to sell at the Swap Meet.

The W6TRW Swap Meet is always on the last Saturday of the month from 7:00 AM until 11:30 AM. The Swap Meet is located on the southeast corner of Aviation Blvd. and Space Park Drive (one traffic signal south of Marine Ave.).
All sellers must be inside the Swap Meet lot no later than 7:30 AM. No sellers will be allowed to enter after 7:30 AM.
Sign Up In Person to Sell at the Swap Meet
Sign up in person at the Swap Meet between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM. Please do not come to the Swap Meet before 6:00 AM. The Swap Meet Information Booth (where you will sign up) opens for business at 6:00 AM. No sellers will be allowed into the Swap Meet lot before 6:00 AM or after 7:30 AM.
Legally park in a marked parking space in a parking lot south of the Swap Meet lot. Walk into the Swap Meet lot, go to the Information Booth (at the southeast corner of the lot) and fill out a Vendor Permit form. You will need to show a government-issued ID (a driver’s license or ID card) and proof of your amateur radio license if you are signing up as a Ham Vendor. We will then collect the fees and assign a space to you.
Coming In to Sell
You must have a valid Vendor Permit for that day before you will be allowed to drive into the Swap Meet lot. The Swap Meet lot opens at 6:00 AM to allow sellers one hour of setup time before the start of the Swap Meet at 7:00 AM. Please do not line up early to enter the Swap Meet lot. If you arrive before 6:00 AM, park in a marked parking space and wait until 6:00. When driving in, place your Vendor Permit in the windshield and keep it there for the duration of the Swap Meet.
At 6:00 AM sellers will be allowed to drive into the Swap Meet Lot and begin setting up. There are absolutely no sales allowed before 7:00 AM. All sales must stop at 11:30 AM.
The Swap Meet lot is locked down between 7:30 and 11:00 AM. No vehicle traffic is allowed in or out or allowed to move within the lot during these hours. Sellers arriving after 7:30 AM will not be allowed in and no refunds will be given.
Can I Choose My Space?
If you sign up to sell for the current Swap Meet only, you will be assigned spaces in Rows A, B, or C, which are on the south end of the Swap Meet lot. This area of the Swap Meet is reserved for one-day sellers. Each time you sign up to sell you may be assigned a different space depending on availability.
If you wish, you can sign up to sell for up to six months in advance. In that case, you can choose any open space in the Swap Meet lot and that will become your permanent selling space.
